We’re delighted to be heading to Education Estates 2025 this October, and our team is ready to make this year’s event bigger, more interactive, and even more insightful than ever!
When: 14th – 15th October 2025
Where: Manchester Central
This event is the perfect opportunity for those meeting us for the first time to get to know Building Spatial Intelligence for who we truly are, but it’s also great for our long-standing clients to check in with the team. Our experts will be available at stand 341 to discuss all things reality capture, school capacity, and estate management, sharing their expertise, providing demos, and exploring how our digital tools can transform your estate.
Why Stop by Stand 341?
A lot has changed for us in the last 12 months. At Education Estates 2024, we were School Property Matters, but this year, we’re returning as Building Spatial Intelligence; bigger and better than ever before.
We’ve designed our stand as a hub for conversation, discovery, and inspiration. Visitors will have the chance to meet our fantastic team, ask questions, and see firsthand how our solutions can simplify estate planning, improve sustainability, deliver actionable insights, and generate significant financial savings.
But it’s not just about technology, it’s about showing how the right approach can help you make smarter, more strategic decisions for your school estates. Plus, it’s a great opportunity to reconnect with clients we’ve worked with over the years and share our latest developments.
Of course, it wouldn’t be a Building Spatial Intelligence stand without a stack of chocolate oranges, so don’t forget to #AskforTerry on arrival for a sweet treat!

Join Our Panel: “Good Estate Management”
On 14th October at 14:00, Jeremy will be joining Paul Stewart (Plymouth CAST), Jonathan Jones (MAC), and Jo Marchant MBE (The Boxing Academy) on the Estates & Facilities Management Stage for a session titled “Good Estate Management.”
Jonathan and Jo will present the first findings from their 2025 School Estate Practitioner Survey, sharing new data and insights to help shape future policy on school estate management.
Jeremy and Paul will highlight Plymouth CAST’s journey toward BIM maturity through the Condition Plus model, demonstrating how integrated digital tools can turn condition surveys into strategic, sustainability-aligned estate planning.
We’ll also touch on the DfE guidance for strategic estate management, covering key principles, common challenges, and how schools can align with these standards. This session is ideal for anyone looking to understand how to make estate management more effective, data-driven, and aligned to national guidance.

Experience VR at EduFringe 2025
For the first time, we’re part of EduFringe. On 15th October at 11:00, visit our stand to Experience VR for Strategic Education Estates. This immersive drop-in will give delegates a hands-on opportunity to explore strategic education estates in VR, providing a deeper understanding of how spatial intelligence and digital tools can support better decision-making. It’s engaging, interactive, and a fun way to experience the potential of technology in estate planning. Whether you’re curious about VR applications or want to see the practical impact of digital transformation in action, this session is a must-see!

We Can’t Wait to See You!
Education Estates 2025 will be an inspiring, practical, and interactive event, and we can’t wait to connect with our clients, meet new faces, and share ideas on how digital tools and strategic planning can make estate management smarter and more sustainable. Stop by Stand 341, join our panel discussion, and experience EduFringe in VR – you won’t want to miss it.
